You actually don't but it depends on the creator. Some use it to give the uncensored version for a small fee which is fair payment for work (like here). Others don't censor and give it out. Others censor it and don't make an uncensored version - that on Iwara I can't really understand.

looks nice and everything, but seems like a bit much censoring ( i know you need it, but i can be less) other than that i like it
