What are you trying to achieve, a UV morph? If so, what is the goal of the morph?

I don't know if it will help but, a common thing to do with certain morphs like changing tattoos or tan lines is to create an image with two copies of the texture side by side, one the original, and one the new version. Then the UV morph just slides the entire map from one texture to the other.

i wanna edit material morph (size of the vagina, which in lower body part) , but the UV Editor show like this so it's hard to imagine where the vagina at @@

I think the UV you have selected here is the outside parts, but it is just upside down (i.e. flip it over the horizontal axis in your mind to get right side up, or in other words, as depicted here, the part higher up in the image is closer to the butt). The dark line on the left edge is the center of the camel toe. The mesh is probably symmetric. If this is the case, then the UV mapping is for both the left and right sides of the camel toe.

Does this seem reasonable/help at all?

I'm still not sure what you mean by change the size of the vagina in the lower body part.
