FPS depends on the stage, Models and how compatible they are to RayMMD. As some will tank the HECK out of the FPS for some reason
From I do understand is that I do need a video card that is Much stronger than the current to be able to render with higher FPS, more models on
screen and allow more Addons/MME effects**
**Annoyed about this as I went and massively upgraded so I could do more but end up getting stuck with this damn issue
Well I can't type it out nor post images because of the comment-filter. So let's just say it's more than enough for the abandonware that is MMD, lol.
I use a 500usd laptop, amdA9 8gb of ram ddr4, it was factory w10 but I downgraded it to w7.
to render at 1080p it makes 2frames per second (with Ray loaded obviously) ~ (ㅠㅇㅠ) ~
the only bad thing about it is that it can barely render at 4k
is what there is ... (๑ • ̀ ㅂ • ́) و✧

I rarely use MMD, but here are the spec of my main machine:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X with stock Wraith cooler (not doing any overclocking yet so the stock cooler will do fine)
Motherboard: Asrock B450 Pro4
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX580 manufactured by Sapphire
RAM: Just a Patriot 8GB dim (planning to replace it with better dims)
Storage: Crucial P1 1TB M.2, a Samsung 1.5TB platter and some old NVME drive
from my Thinkpad that I use for the boot drive, as well as a DVD burner
Misc cards and connections: TPLink Archer Wi-Fi Card and RS232 Serial connection (the motherboard supports serial)
Peripherals and Monitor: LG 27 inch Monitor with AMD Freesync, IBM Model M Keyboard from 1984 and a Logitech G403 Prodigy
Case: I gutted an old Sun Microsystems Ultra 20 workstation
That's my main system, the other PC I use is a Thinkpad T470.
