Rigging toes weird issue Help

I dont have a lot of expierence rigging but i tried to rigg toes to a model, i have created the bones, weight painting and im able to move the toes now but the issue is that when you make the the model move her legs there is a delay from toes to move, some times looks even cool because looks like a natural move of toes, like physics, inertia, but if the move is too quick, it is weird, here you can watch a video: https://mega.nz/file/2dpzwTLL#RVhoUb2ZuS2gnX2fR3kxOf5_Klit6dLbhmx8gRwN_Rs

Check the bone order, make sure all the toe bones are after the feet bones doesn't matter if they are right bellow the feet bones as long as they come after the feet, also check the IK control bones and their chains have a hierarchy number above 0, that is a number that you can see in the upper right corner of the window, if that is the case, select all the toe bones and give them +1, if the IK or legs have a 1 then give the toes a 2.

Can you upload the model so we can take a look? I've never before seen bones that act "delayed" like this, I am very curious to know how that happened.
