MMD R-18 Dance videos

I don't know this is a question but do many MMD 18+ videos are just sometimes the dance ones? They don't really involve sex or rape in any matter but just only the character dancing to music.

It's nudity, so it's R18. The ones you mention are customized motions made by the users themselves.
The dance motions are free which is why you see them way more often
