How to understand/port physics in Unity models?

I have a .unityproject model designed for VR chat that I want to port into MMD. I've downloaded Unity and I was able to open the project in Unity, as far as I know (there's a few sections that seem to be errors, i think?) I then tried to follow tutorials for how to export the model to PMX, I downloaded UniVRM-0.61.1_7c03 and VRMtoPMXExporter_v0.5.6, but I just couldn't get them to work. It would be best if I could do this conversion myself, but because of reasons I already have the entire model converted except for the physics data. So all I really need is the joint locations/parameters and the rigidbody locations/parameters, and if I absolutely need to I can copy the data by hand instead of exporting...

1. Does anyone have a good tutorial for how to do this conversion? Are there newer versions of these plugins?
2. The model README mentions having the Dynamic Bones package/plugin, but I don't want to pay $20 if I don't have to. Is this why my conversion is failing? Because I don't have that plugin purchased?
2. I know this model has physics for skirt, boobs, hair, etc. If I have a model opened in Unity, how do I just LOOK at all the rigidbody/joint data?
