I do not understand your problem? In MikuMikuDance v931, all the morphs are visible in the "Facial" group in the timeline on the left. They are also visible in the eyes/mouth/other groups at the bottom (brow is empty). It seems to be working.

You have to open the model in PMX Editor, then go to the "Display" tab.
There will be different morph/bone groups. Chose the Facial group (or make a new one) and add the facial morphs to it.

I noticed that the display tab is often overlooked on some models and therefore quite messy.
My guess is that it applies to your model too.

Download this file. In this file, you will find a pdf tutorial titled "PMX error checker quick reference.". Follow the instructions in this tutorial to fix most PMX model errors. Every morph and bone of an MMD model should be in a display panel group. Whenever someone shares a .pmx model, they should always run the PMX error checker on it in PMX editor and fix all model errors. But unfortunately many model sharers don't do that, so many MMD models are full of PMX model errors.
