Just need to state models, camera and motions are not your own. But the production of the video is yours however. You can also as alternative post credit of source, but sometimes finding the source can be tedious if you don't know where it originated from.

If you're still not certain, looking at MMD creators in Youtube or Niconico can give some insight.

I wouldn't stress too much it as long you don't claim models, camera or motion etc as your own.

almoust every model has a read me file, which state the terms of use. [you may want to use google translate]
most are prohibited for r-18 use, for example tda is forbidden for lewd use.
some have situational restrictions, i think etos model require you to tag that youre making a r-18 video and keep it away from minors or something.
montekore models allow lewd usage.

there hasnt been a situation, where a lawsuit was raised over a model usage, so i think youre in the clear. the worst thing they usualy do, is take down your content, which is unlikely in iwara and a few niche sites.

On this site you should be fine. If you post your video on Vimeo or another video hosting site it might get removed if someone complains, but that is the worst that will happen.

thanks to all for comments and messages
Thank so much for the help

You're far more likely to run into trouble related to music use. Which isn't actually all that likely-- consider that Bo Peep, Toxic, Koshitantan are all copyrighted, with permission required for reproduction. Do you see MMDers getting sued? The MMD community rests almost wholly on unauthorized reproduction (which is why I find the self-righteousness as regards improper model use really irritating and hypocritical).

If you run into models where R-18 use is forbidden, you have to make a judgment call. Is it more important to you to make a video (that hundreds or thousands are likely to enjoy)? Or is it more important to respect the wishes of the designer?
